Hi, Thanks for dropping by the spitfire specific section of the site.

The spitfire has gone.

My Brother in law bought it off me and then spend a while and a good deal of cash bringing it up to spec. What I would have managed on a shoestring budget and eked out over a 5 year period, he's managed to achieve by chucking loads and loads of cash at it and then getting someone else to do the work.

By all accounts there wasn't a great deal of welding to be done (but there was some) and the bodywork was stripped to metal, filled, primed and resprayed.

Interior replaced all as original, but he did for some odd reason leave the GT6 Bonnet on.....

Will post pics if he ever sends any (i'm in the bad boks at the moment so not sure when that'll be.
